A: Qistal is a purpose-driven online store offering well-reviewed, affordable
fashion and more. We combine quality products with a meaningful mission: to
give back, build community, and offer a refreshing shopping experience centered

A: Our mission is to create a platform that not only serves our customers with
great products but also empowers them to take part in charitable causes through
our unique “Giving Back” voting system — all under the motto: “Together for
a Better Tomorrow.”
Products & Sourcing
Q: Where are your products from?
A: Most of our products are currently sourced from trusted suppliers in
China, carefully selected based on product quality, reviews, and supplier
reliability. We're actively expanding to include products from other
countries in the near future.
Q: Do you offer your own brand?
A: Soon, yes! We are
working on launching premium QISTAL-branded clothing, accessories, and
lifestyle items — designed to reflect our values of simplicity, strength, and
style.
Q: How do you ensure quality?
A: We only work with suppliers offering well-reviewed, reliable products. As
Qistal grows, we will introduce strict brand and product requirements to
ensure every item fits our vision for quality, responsibility, and impact.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship to all countries within Europe. International
shipping is on its way and will be launched soon.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery typically takes 10–15 business days. In rare cases, it may
take longer due to logistics. We are actively working to introduce faster
shipping solutions in the near future.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is completely free on all orders.
Q: Do you offer express or same-day shipping?
A: Not yet — but faster shipping options are in development and will be
introduced as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return a product?
A: Yes. We accept
returns within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is
unused, in original packaging, and not listed as a non-returnable
item.
Q: What items are non-returnable?
A: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Underwear, swimwear, and lingerie
Pierced jewelry (e.g.,earrings)
Unsealed beauty/grooming items
Final sale or clearance items
Q: How do I request a return?
A: Email us at info@qistal.com with your order number and reason for
return. We'll guide you through the process.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we
cover the return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the
return cost.
Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the return is
received and approved.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item,
please return the original and place a new order.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major debit and credit cards at checkout.

Q: Do you offer subscriptions or loyalty rewards?
A: We're working on a QISTAL subscription system that will offer members
exclusive benefits like discounts, early access to new drops, and unique perks.

Giving Back Program
Q: What is the Qistal Giving Back program?
A: With every order, you’ll receive a voting ticket allowing you to help
decide which charitable project Qistal will fund next. You can vote for
projects like education, clean water, and local development through qistal-givingback.com.
Q: How does voting work?
A: After placing an order, you’ll receive a unique code. Visit our Giving Back
site, enter the code, and vote for the project you believe in. The
most-voted projects will receive funding from Qistal.
